Your package will be shipped in a plain box or envelope without advertisements. We ship every order within 2 business days.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personal care goods due to used conditions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Items that have been deemed defective by our customer can apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All RMA requests must first be approved by CumInGlow prior to mailing the defective items back. To request an RMA please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org Please allow up to 5 business days for us to approve your RMA request. You will receive approval or denial based on our decision via email to the email address listed in your account. Please allow up to 10 for us to process your RMA once we have received your package. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with product refunds unless the error was made by us. If the item(s) are found to be defective we will issue a credit for the shipping. Refunds will be applied to your account balance.
